How the Money Works (and Training Details)
All of our Sales Representatives operate on a 100% commission basis, meaning your earnings reflect your performance and dedication. We split each sale’s profit 50/50 with you, paying 50% of your commission up front and the remaining 50% after the pool is installed. Many reps find that the average commission per sale runs around $600–$700, allowing them to earn $2,500–$3,500 (or more) each week when consistently closing deals.
Beyond the base commission, you earn $25 for every 90-minute product presentation you run, no matter the outcome. There’s also an end-of-season bonus:
- $150 for each cash sale
- $100 for each financed sale
These bonuses are paid in one lump sum at the close of the pool season, rewarding your hard work and dedication.
We also invest in your success by sending you to a 2½-day training session before you start. There, you’ll learn everything from product knowledge to closing techniques. We’ll cover the cost of the hotel for training, so all you need to do is arrive ready to learn and launch your new career.
